Warranty

2 years on parts and labour, with return postage covered.

Last updated 20 September 2026

What is covered

Every product carries a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship.

That includes the mainboard, processor, memory and storage as supplied, power adapter, fans, and chassis. If a covered part fails, we repair or replace the unit at no cost to you, including return postage both ways.

What is not covered

Accidental damage: drops, liquid spills, power surges, and damage caused by using a third-party power adapter of the wrong specification.

Wear consumables and cosmetic marks that do not affect function.

Components you added yourself. Adding your own RAM or SSD does not void the warranty on the rest of the machine, but the parts you supplied are covered by their own manufacturer, not by us.

Software problems, including operating system corruption, malware, and driver conflicts. We will help you troubleshoot these, but they are not a hardware fault.

Making a claim

Email REPLACE-ME@example.com with your order number and a description of the fault — including any error messages, beep codes, or LED behaviour.

We will try the quick diagnostics with you first, because a surprising number of faults turn out to be a reseated memory stick. If it is genuinely a hardware failure, we issue a prepaid return label the same day.

Turnaround from us receiving the unit is typically five business days. For failures inside the first 30 days we ship a replacement immediately rather than making you wait for a repair.

Your statutory rights

This warranty is offered in addition to, and does not limit, the rights you have under consumer law in your country. Where local law gives you a longer or stronger remedy, that law takes precedence.
